Constantly phoning. Maybe slalking.. perhaps not, but I'm not willing to give the benefit of the doubt..
I have been getting prank calls from this number threatening me and talking dirty.
The chick is a ice addict and she is a known criminal. She impersonates people online and via text, she has multiple mobile numbers, false profiles and email addresses. She also has been known to swop SIM cards from peoples phones in order to impersonate them and advise her victim of the "their" new number to not arose suspicion. She has hacked icloud accounts as well as send iMessages using other peoples id's and her alias email addresses. She prays and manipulates and her victims to divulged personal information then exploits their insecurities and vulnerabilities.
In a nutshell she is - Pure evil.
Report her to the Police and docs (she has a new born child) Make sure all your online social and network activity is set to private and no information about where you live is visible and change your passwords. Lastly make a copy of anything you have received from her then block her.
Am trying to find out who is calling me and whether its genuine or a scam.

Some one from this phone keeps calling the wife late at night... Beleived to be a perve/scammer
