Getting calls with no response

The receiver SARS saying that they paid some one else moneys to our account. Did show in our account and was returned unpaid by the bank three days later "SARS" asked us to return this money to a Standard Bank, bank account. We've just been playing around with this "SARS Inspectorate" as SARS don't do such mistakes, SARS do not go in to the bank to do cheque deposits and if ever SARS did make such a mistake they would not phone you 10 times a day and put pressure on for you to transfer the moneys back within a very short time SARS would give you at least 7 days or they would just take it back after informing you.
