Has been renting my property since October. He owes me R19 000 as of Aug 2014 he is behind 5 months in rent and even though he earns a packet and is busy spending his money on fancy TV's etc he is refusing to pay his rent. He shows no remorse or even an indication of trying to settle this amount. In fact he brags that he will stay till October and then have the lease extended for another 6 months rent free.
